Can I return an item if I don´t like it ?

** No. Here at Dan´s Crypt Records we believe in Buyer Beware. If we decide to allow you to return an item for whatever its the reason, you will received store credit.

What happens if you order does not arrive ?

** All orders most be sent Register Package always, this way were responsible for lost package or stolen. This way we could go to our post office and fill the claim form, the post office would search for the package and they would contact your post office from your country to ask them about the status of the package. Ones they find out what happend, it would be a partial refund, (its not a 100 % refund, unless you ask for insurance) (ALL COUNTRIES NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE)
